Broadband Botswana Internet (BBi) was formed in early 2003 to provide Gaborone with world class services in modern communications. The company has employed individuals who have had years of wireless experience in cities with some of the most congested airwaves in the world such as Lagos in Nigeria. Its operation has proved to be very successful and it now has offices in Francistown and Maun and will soon to add Selebi Phikwe to the operation. The company boasts a list of over 400 customers.

BBi is the leading supplier of Internet to Botswana. In addition it specializes in both intra city and intercity data links. On the VoIP side, BBi is linked directly to the Telenor hub in Norway.
